[resolved] Allow customer to define the Priority Level

I see this available for the Agent side but not the customer side. This is a requirement from our customer.

How do I configure osTicket to allow the user to set the Priority Level when they either create a ticket or modify an existing one?

Specifically, I am using 1.9.5.1.Customer will be interacting with the web interface.

Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details -> Priority Level, change visibility to Required?
