Hi guys
Now, I use OsTicket by admin recomendations. It´s a good open source program but I have a problem.
After install this program, I config email sending and check tickets but don´t send nothing.
In email configuration (alert mail for example) I check all to use GMail account:
email (user) and password
ssl://smtp.gmail.com or 587 but nothing, say this error:
Failed to connect to ssl://smtp.gmail.com
before check gmail, I don´t configure nothing, I supose use it phpmailer default, but don´t send...
I use OsTicket in 1and1 hosting
