Hello,I am trying to run the osTicket system within our own Customer Portal. I can grab the session variables of Customer name and customer contact from our Customer Portal: the customer name corresponds to a custom column in the ost_ticket table. I have some custom dynamic lists (Module & Version) on the attached screen-shot. I can create a ticket successfully. Note: I'm not sure whether I need to but I have set the registrations to Registration required = noRegistration method = DisabledHowever, I want the user/customer to be able to view the created ticket in our Portal but when I go to, for examplehttps://portal-dev/osticket/tickets.php?id=1374I get a screen like the second attached screen. Can you tell me how I can view a ticket without having to be registered and logging on?I apologise if this post is a bit sketchy. Please let me know if my query is not clear and you require more information.I think I have a way to do it but I am trying to find a solution that requires the least number of modification to the php scripts.Mike
