Not at this time.But it is an optional field so you don't have to actually populate it.

You can if you really want to edit the project core files. But when you update that change would be gone.
Yeah, its just exec being picky unfortunately. What core files would I need to change? I also want to change "Issue Summary" to just "Summary". Stupid I know, but its what the exec team want. :/

Stupid I know, but its what the exec team want. :/A: I think that you can do this by going to Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details, and changing "Issue Summary" to "Summary"
Just a FYI... phone number field can be deleted in Admin Panel > Manage > Forms > Contact Information form.
