HI, when i receive a ticket alert. I would like to have the reply close the ticket instead of an internal note.Could someone point me in the right direction to set this up?v 1.9.5thanks
There is no way to do this with out altering the core source files.That being said you have posted your request to the correct place so if someone has figured out how to do that hopefully they will answer you and provide you with the edits they performed.
reading class.ticket.php & class.template.php i can't seem to find the settings of where a reply ticket creates an internal note.Anyone?
