Delete all tickets from osticket

Hi,I'm using osticket since may/2014. Now, we want to install a second osticket for another system. We are planning to copy avery file to the new server and to also copy the database from one to the new one.But we don't want the new one to have all the old tickets. We need to move every setting from osticket but the tickets.So, is there a way to delete all tickets from the system? i can do it from the SQL, but i need to know which tables to truncate.Or, which tables do i need to copy to the new system to have all users, settings, etc from the old with any ticket??

Thank you.Off the top if my head ost_ticket, ost_ticket__CDATA, ost_attachment, ost_file, ost_file_chunk, ost_ticket_thread, ost_form_entry_values.. there are probably more. Personally I would back up the database first, drop the database, and then restore the ost_config, and other tables that I was sure have nothing to do with tickets and work that way instead,.
