Integration with external app

Hi:

I need to integrate OsTicket with another app (that's in the cloud). So far, I didn't realice how take the API and integrate it or where I have to modify archives to make that the other app take the data from OsTicket and deploy it.

Maybe I have to generate an API for that external app, and that put it in the "automail.php" file?

Please, some directions for this :(
