I have a few things that need to be modified/setup for my OS Ticket system.
I have tried to contact OS Ticket directly for professional installation support multiple times but unfortunately they are not responding to me at all.
So, out of frustration I am asking through the forum if anyone would be willing to quote me and contact me directly to do this for me.
Setup - Appending comments to tickets via Email
(i think its the Cron job setup) This is a bit over my head so i wanted to pay for it to be completed.
Customer gets a ticket notification, responds to it via email and voila, it appends the message contents into the ticket.
