Export Tickets Subject Only

Hey,

I want to export the tickets with the new Export function, but i only want to export the subject line How can i do that ?

The second thing is, when i export the tickets, the text in the subject colum is cutted, how can i show the full entry in the csv ?

We want an overview of all tickets with questions and answers.

I don't know about the export function that you are talking about... but the following MySQL query would return all ticket subjects.

SELECT subject FROM ost_ticket;

if you only wanted open tickets you could add WHERE status='open' to the end.

It returns me a list of all the subjects, but I want a list of all subjects with all threads included.

If this succeeds, than maybe we can build it in.
