Personalizing for different websites.

Hi, just wanted to know if there is a way to personalize the correspondence between osTicket and customers, but for different companies? We maintain around 4 different websites/companies via one install of osTicket. It would be nice to be able to customize osTicket so that it 'felt' like the customer was dealing with the actual company/website where they purchased their products. How has others accomplished this?ThanksDaniel

There isn't really a way to do that at this time.Well other than possibly using email template variables that display organization information, but if there are any at this point I dont know what they are. (But I would be surprised if they weren't coming).

@[deleted] that would work as well with the email templates, however you cannot change email templates on the Ticket level. It'd be nice if the Agent could just change templates right on the responding page. Or even if it would allow to have a Agent to have many signatures, etc.BTW. We absolutely love this software! Has made our life so much easier. I will send a post on what our chat software developer has done based off osTicket and a awesome chat software that is available via open source.
