I am using ver 1.6 stable.
Apache version 2.2.22
PHP version 5.2.17
MySQL version 5.5.23-55
I had an install from a while and started to add 1 MOD today, and I changed some premade replies.
now I can't open the email template page when logged in as admin. by this i mean the page loads and below the menus I get an error.
I reverted to the original files that I had to edit for the MOD.

Everything else seems to work ok.
I did not edit any email templates and went back through phpmyadmin to look at them and it looks normal. there was minimal editing in this section.
the email page loads and I get this error below the menu items.
Problems loading requested admin page. (templates)
Possibly access denied, if you believe this is in error please get technical support.
I really would like to correct this. I can edit them in the database via phpmyadmin, but that's a pain.
I have another mod that I implemented a year ago to allow attachments or images to show in the thread of the ticket.. or something like that. hasn't been a problem for a while.
can you assist?

EDIT: when i open a new ticket, I didn't receive an email on the client side or admin side. so I guess the emails are shot also.
