getting extremely annoyed with this and can't find an answer anywhere. is anyone else using an exchange 2010 environment that can offer some tips.
exchange 2010 been running since april with no issues. sends/receives to all recipients without a glitch.
install osticket and an email is never delivered to any external email. so if i create a ticket and use a gmail account only the admin gets the email. the user who created the ticket does not.
i can not find the setting or problem anywhere.
can someone help assist?
