Hi everyone, I am working on osTicket 1.9.4 and have hit a snag.The email sent out when a new account is created is sitting at the default settings, but I cannot find it in the osTicket Default Template nor can I find a way to add a template for this. I can add a template group and build it off the default template group... but that does no good.Where can I edit the email template for new account creation?Thanks in advance!
