Multiple line breaks on copy/paste in tickets

Whenever we do this, it doubles the number of line breaks which requires a lot of deleting or makes the ticket very long and thus looks unprofessional.I have tried:Initial copy/paste to Notepad++ to ensure that the line breaks are single ones only - no differencePaste into HTML, but then we lose all formatting.Am I being silly, or can we do something to save us a lot of time here? I can do some screen captures if required.

Personally I would upgrade first and try again.1.9.5.1 is the current version.

I guess it's related to the "new line breaks" and I know you can toggle this option in the /include/ost-config.php file and it affects incoming tickets via email, but I am not sure if it also affects copy+paste of tickets - but just give it a try. I can confirm, but also deny that issue.Looks like it has something to do with line breaks - either Windows, Linux or Mac style line breaks, since it sometimes work and sometimes don't work, but I cannot find a pattern.I would recommend to open an issue over at github: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/issues/new
