I'm actually in the same boat! v. 1.6ST, and we've been looking for a new solution for our ticketing system but I really want to try the updated version first. It looked to me like we needed to be on at least 1.7 to attempt any update/migration, but I'd love to know if that's wrong.My plan was to spin up a new VM and install side-by-side to compare. If all looks good I'll just change everyone's bookmarks in GPO to the new ticketing URL.
