Reporting Mod Issue : Old Data is not Covered by Report

HI all

I am very new in forum, i have a problem for ticket system.

I modified reports page in my ticket system, it is working extremely fine. But i am not able to get report from the time before this updation.

Because all the tickets which are closed on reply was unassigned automatically.

Please help me out to recover my all old report.

But i have still same prob..

I have modify report system on 3-Nov-2012. i can get result from 3-Nov to till now. but i want to get report before 3-nov-2012..
