I have upgraded from 1.7 to 1.8 and today I upgraded to 1.9.4.  Until 1.8.6 the welcome screen was as usual but after passing to 1.9.4 (stable version) it is as showed in the attached file.  Can you tell me what I did wrong?Thanks for you help.

That is odd.  I have no osTicket experience prior to 1.9.2, so I don't know if the upgrade has caused you to run afoul of any system requirements that may have gone up between your 1.8.6 and the current 1.9.4.  Maybe someone else here can shed light on that.  Meanwhile...Please read before requesting assistanceIf you would provide the requested info on your system, that might help with troubleshooting.Jack

I just made a weird discovery.  When I access osTicket from a browser on a user computer (other than the console), the interface is all right So I went back to the console to verify if something have changed and the problem still there.In any case, we can close this issue because I can live with the wierd interface as long as the  end user is not affected.Thanks for your help.

Sounds to me like you need to clear your browser's cache.
