Ability to add "Download Document" field in a custom form

Hi all, What would be the way - or the conceptual approach - to be able to add a custom field (or custom list) to a custom form which is essentially a download button that takes you to a URL (where I would store the relative documents or whatever). I appreciate this is not entering variables so isn't in the construct of the custom fields, rather it's retrieving something. Alternatively, how would I just allow an <a href> within or directly below the instructions for a specific custom form? Sadly my PHP foo is apparently too weak so any tips are appreciated!Thanks,Paul

I don't think that you can. I've honestly never tried.You could add the link to a custom canned response. And just send that...Or put it in your New Ticket Auto-reply.

Thanks for getting back to me. I do get some strange custom requests :) That's a good idea RE: custom response / auto-reply.
