Dynmaic Hide / Unhide Fields

Hello,do somebody know a Mod which allows me to hide / unhide custom fileds dynamically? For Example:One Dropdown-Field with two Options "yes and no"if the user select "yes", then a additional Field are belowif the user select "no" then the filed is hidden--Do you think it is possible to include an javascript which hide/unhide the fields onchange?

If you associate the custom fields with a help topic that will happen. Other wise no I do not know of a way to do that.

What do you mean with "help topics"? Do you mean a Tooltip?
