Hi!I have installed OSTicket 1.9.4 on my providers space using a subdomain "ticket.domain1.tld" since the final domain was not registered at that time.Then I tried to proxy-forward the final domain "domain2.tld" to the domain I installed OSTicket.Even though I changed the domain name in both settings tabs to "domain2.tld", logging in as customer and as staff only works with the original domain name. Where can I change the domain name, other than in the settings tabs, so that OSTicket does no longer "know" the temporary subdomain?In the SQL-dump is nothing and in the ost-config its the same, but the %{ticket.staff_link} variable still points to the original domain...

The only place that you need to change the domain is in the settings tab within osTicket.Admin panel -> Settings -> Helpdesk URLI imagine that the rest of the changes that you would need to make are in your web server config.

Well... no.The Login Page does not work that way.

Then please show us what's in your web server's error logs when you try to access the login page.Jack
