Q: When I generate my key with the IP, should the IP be for my site? Like helpdesk.mysite.com IP?A: My understanding is that the API ip address should be where the wget traffic is coming from.
ntozier,You are correct. I have no idea what I was thinking, but I was under the impression that it was the IP of the mail carrier sending the emails.I used our server IP and all works now!Thanks everyone for your help!
