We are using gmail for support and will continue using that. We just want to give response and interaction using osticket by configuring gmail on it.
Now since our id is quite old and there are 20000+ emails in that account. But we want only to fetch previous 60 days emails and all incoming emails in the future. We are not sure how to configure that. Can you please guide how can I do that.
