That's not what "resolves" means. Resolution is a function of DNS, and it simply translates a human friendly URL into the proper IP address.Name resolution is not an osTicket issue.I think what you're saying is, you have osTicket installed under the "Helpdesk" directory, and you want it at the root directory of the 101.20.0.17 web server. You would need to move it there, rather than having it in the /Helpdesk directory.
