duplicate tickets upon fetch

Hello,

We are noticing that using a fetch command on our imap email account, we are having some tickets come into the system in duplicate or triplicate. The only difference between these duplicate tickets is the ip address. Is there any way to resolve this?

I'm having the same problem. lots of duplicate tickets when i use fetch email and enable option "Alertas & Notices".

Hi, i am currently having the same problem here:. It is not all tickets however it is quiet annoying especially for my users of the system.

Has anyone found a resolution?

i found this site and applied the fix however this has not resolved the issue.
