Hi ,    we have created some custom lists in our issue entry form. However when we export the ticket information from Agent dashboard, we don't get the actual value of the of the list field. Instead we get , a literal "Array" in those custom lists. Please check the attached excel screenshot.Looking forward to your reply,Karthik

This is the ticket created through OSticket. As you can see the custom fields project towns ,counties field has values but the excel shows "Array"

It looks like you are running afoul of https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/issues/1453

I was running V1.9.4 so thought this issue would have bee already patched. Anyways thanks a lot ntozier

It has been patched.  But only the patch has been released (see the link I provided).Everyone who doesn't want to apply the patch will have to wait until the next released for it though.

do you know when it is going to be release the next version? i have  osTicket (v1.9.4) and have the same error. i check the link but i dont know how to applicate the pacht ... thanks for  your comments
