hey im not sure i keep sumbitting a test trouble ticket and i get the email that says alert that goes to my jay/@jaysonberger.com account but at my yahoo account i do not receave nothing telling me of my ticket number so i upladed os ticket to try it on were my domain name is though godaddy and it worked wonderfully except i have free hosting with goaddy so theres a dang ad at the top so i wanted to hosted it else were and this is what the company says were i host it at
We have just setup 'jason10.net78.net' account.
Note: If you have chosen to host your own domain you must update your nameservers to ns01.000webhost.com, ns02.000webhost.com
so i think it has to do with were i am having everything pointed to im not sure i just tried submitting a support ticket again and it did not send me an email to let me know the ticket number ive tried over 100 times and different ways and im not dumb it it worked fine for me on jaysonberger.com and i have the otherone set up the same way it should work but im not seeing no tickets getting emailed to me
