Title and Name from are in Capital

I just installed OS Ticket and it's a cool application. But the strange thing is, a few days ago I tested OSTicket on an other server and there were no problems. Now I installed it on my own a different sever and now it displays in the staff panel the subject in CAPITALS and the name from also in CAPITALS?

It is not depending on the person who sends the e-mail because it happens al the time.

Any one any idea in solving this problem?

My former host was also a linux/unix host but I don't know the exact config of that server.

My own dedicated server: Windows Server 2008 R2

Tried running with both POP and IMAP, but still gives the same result.

After changing the server we have the same problem. Addresses and subjects are now in capitals!

Apache/2.2.14

PHP Version 5.2.12

Osticket 1.6

Does anybody know a bugfix for this problem?
