Issue with no text in pop-ups

After installing all seems to work OK but I have the issue of POP-UPS with no info in it. A clear one is when I open a new ticket, there is a pop-up with a blue outside but no text and I can not enter a new ticket.OsTicket Version 1.9.3Server Apache (GoDaddy Hosting)PHP Version 5.4.19MySQL version 5.5.37PHP IMAP extention is missing, which I do not need as we do not fetch emails from our customers anywayRegards

I would search for godaddy issues here on the forums.It's an AJAX issue over all, but I do not remember the fix that was reported off hand.
