Hello, I didn't upgrade my system osticket since very longtime. Actually I am trying allocate some time to do it. I have read in the wiki osticket that it's possible to upgrade from 1.6.X to 1.9.X. But, in this case, when see the files and database schemas between them are very different. What is the step by step process to accomplish it. this upgrade is very important for me. Please help me: to OSticket Tech Team and OSticket online geniuses.
