Hi guys, I've just installed osTickets v 1.9.4. on a brand new install of Turnkey Linux Lamp Stack. Problem is osTickets displays wrong time on the settings page. Ntozier,Thank you so much. It was driving me nuts. In "Preferences" osTickets displays the right time. 

Yeah it bothers lots of people.  Makes them think that something is wrong.  Maybe it should be changed for that reason alone. :)

I second that, it doesn't seem like a big change to me.
