I have recently been tasked with taking over OSTickets. I had gone into the settings and wanted to enable Cron Call. It wouldnt accept a save due to the email address I was using an error returned stating Email already setup as system email. However it was clearly already set to that. I changed it to be my email but since then, new ticket alerts are now sent to myself only, as the tickets are sent to admin and this is the admins email.
I now can't change it back to what it was originally. Can anyone help please, i am finding it frustrating as clearly it was in there before. I dont have access to the server OS is installed from so cant look into the database, but do have access through filezilla to the setup files.
