So attachments were working fine, then all of a sudden they stop working. I had a user report to me that it won't allow a file type. I added it in to the list of accepted file types, and now the entire attachments system is not working.
osTicket acts as though it loads the file, but it never actually is saved to the directory, nor does it show in the ticket as having an attached file. This happens on both the creation of the ticket and the post reply. Also, even if I try to attach a file that has an extension that is not on the list, it doesn't give me an error anymore. It says the reply was posted/ticket created successfully.
Again, the only thing I did was add a file type to the acceptable files list (.wav). On my test site, I did the exact same thing (added the file type) and the attachments still work fine. I tried reloading viewtickets.php, attachments.php and tickets.php... didn't fix it. I tried changing the directory... didn't fix it.
