Error fetching ticket thread - get technical help.

Hello Everybody,we have a OSTicket Installation (1.9.4) running with e-mail fetching from a remote Exchange Server.The authentication to the mailbox is ok and connection is there.While launching the cron.php script from the command line we get the error message:PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function ctype_digit() in /srv/www/vhosts/osticket/include/htmLawed.php on line 323In OsTicket a new ticket is created anyway (but only from the first mail in the mailbox) with the correct header information (from, date, time, topic) but the mail body is not integrated into the ticket thread. The error message in the ticket thread is:Error fetching ticket thread - get technical help.I would appreciate any help regarding this issue.
