Modify Email Templates

Hello

I would like to know where could I find the file in relation to the email template used to inform the user that a ticket has been opened under a specific number. In fact I would like to change the default text but thus far I do not seem to relocate that file.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated,

in your osticket system: go to http://yourdomain/scp/admin.php?t=templates(http://yourdomain/scp/admin.php?t=templates)

its stored in the db so if you look in the php files you wont find anything.

Unless I misunderstood if the db contains the data concerning the email templates how to update that email template... I thought it would have been like the translation templates; simply modifying the text....

Go to Admin Panel > Emails tab > Templates sub-menu

Hello!

I get the error "The website cannot display the page" when I want to open default email template "osTicket Default Template" or when I want to create a new one.

Any idea?

This is not related to the original post. You should really post a new thread for new issues.

I recommend that you try re-uploading the /include/class.msgtpl.php. Also you might try consulting your php error logs and seeing what the error PHP is throwing and letting us know what it is.
