Just want to verify this, in going through documentation and many posts here people use the term "Staff Member" which I don't have in my installation 1.9.4.  I'm guessing they simply changed the name from "Staff Member" to "Agent", but wanted to verify there is no other difference between the two.

Yes.Staff are now called Agents.

Hi ntozier i have created three agents under same group and gave some permissions to that group.Now please help me how to show tickets to corresponding agent in agent panel .I dont want to show all tickets to Agent,i want to show only assigned tickets please do needfull.thanks:bharath

You shall enable limited access for that agent:

Admin Panel > Agents > Agents > Click on the Agents Name > enable "Limited Access" for that Agent
