Hi Community,

I'm using OSTicket V1.6 and its working well in my window 7 PC, But I'm facing some difficulties in mail configurations :( Here in email template i cant able to edit a existing(Default) or newly created template, While trying to edit a template in admin panel I'm getting the attached error (Getting blank screen).

I want to remove that ost default template and i want to configure my own template, Please guide me.

I have found the answer !!!

I have directly changed the template contents in DB itself, But still it will be better to know how the changes can be done through coding :?
