Does anyone know how to increase the online time ( login time ) on osTicket, I believe the system auto log out is kicking in just after 5 minutes of non-activity.
Our staff will need at least to stay connected for 2 hours or more.
Hey!
After you login as an admin, click on settings.
Set "Staff Session Timeout" to zero.
This will make it to where staff never gets auto logged out.
