I wanted to replace the osticket header and footer with my wordpress website header and footer. How can I integrate that. Pls Help. Thanks in Advance.
You'd have to hack the code and when you do that, you "own it"--there's no support community, because it's your code. Seems like you'd be better off using one of the Wordpress osTicket bridge plugins, rather than just replacing the header and footer manually.Jack
