Hi All,I'm using osTicket v1.9.3.While creating a new ticket I have to validate issue details fields for min-length should be 10 and max-length should be 100.Where and which file to edit this? Please assist me to resolve this.Thank You.
You can specify an maximum length, but not a minimum length here:Admin Panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket details -> Issue Details / Issue Summary -> Config ButtonAs a side note, v1.9.4 is out - you should consider an upgrade ;)
Hi Chefkeks,There is no option in config. File attachment settings only available. Attached screenshot for your reference.
You cannot edit the properties for the Issue Details field. It's a built in field that should not be altered. osTicket does not currently have a min size feature. (Well if the field is empty it complains if its required.)
