Is there a way to give a user access to view all tickets (open, closed and in progress or assigned).
Right now the only users who can view all closed tickets are the admins.
I have created a user and given them all possible access, but if they are not tagged as admins, they can't see anything that isn't assigned to them.
Am I missing something or just plain bashing my head against a wall here?
