Hi there,I use the latest stable release:osTicket Version: v1.9.4 (c18eac4)Web Server Software: ApacheMySQL Version: 5.5.40PHP Version: 5.5.19AUTORESPONDER SETTINGS:New Ticket: Ticket Owner  (not selected)New Ticket by Agent: Ticket Owner  (selected)New Message: Submitter: Send receipt confirmation  (non cselected) Participants: Send new activity notice  (selected)Overlimit Notice: Ticket Submitter  (not selected)TICKET SETTINGS AND OPTIONS:Maximum Open Tickets: 1So everytime when a user creates a ticket  - the admin receives notifications about "Maximum open tickets (1) reached for user@email.com". So seems the "Overlimit Notice" not working properly. Also, can you help me to disable this this notification?  Thanks.
