Export tickets from database

Hello folks,i would like to export tickets from the database to use them in another system. The best thing would be if I could get a ticket as a JSON-object or something like that. Since i know there is no export function provided by the api, I hope there is some other clever solution.Basically i would have to create some gigantic SQL-statements to get all the custom form informations and so on from each ticket.Thank you in advance!

Yes.... I don't know that someone ever created or built an SQL statement or script to export tickets.

So if you really need and want to do it, I would suggest to may get in contact with the developers to do it as a plugin or in a way that it can be integrated into the core of osTicket.

But maybe @[deleted] knows if someone else did already wrote a script or another solution to export tickets.

information is information and not informations ;)"No typo, I just didn't know better ;)...I have put some effort in creating a script that allows me to fill a PHP-array (and thus a JSON-object or whatever i like) from a ticket (by chosing a ticket id) in the database, containing all the information i need from a ticket (including custom forms connected to the ticket). It is still in a developing state, but I think it works. It is really just a SQL-query (and not optimized at all) with joins on the different tables and afterwards picking all the needed fields from the result set. Maybe there is a better solution somewhere?
