Ok I understand.Even though we are a German company too, we still do not permit email address or names to include chars like ä, ü, ö, etc. and instead always convert them to ae, ue, oe, etc., but that does not help you, so back to topic.I have not yet tried how osTicket behaves with German Umlauts, so I got no experience here yet.
