Hello,For our 1.9.4 implementation a customer contact who is creating a new ticket has a company name, a full name and an email address that is stored in a SESSION variable that is set in another application, i.e. not osTicket. I call the osTicket open ticket (open.php) from within my own application (our customer portal).Clicking on the "Variable" Help (?) on the Custom Form Ticket Details display in "Forms -> Custom Forms -> ticket details" says:The field data will be available to email and page templates via the name used in this column. For instance, fields on the common ticket form are available via %{ticket.variable}, where variable is the name used in this column.Company information is available via %{company.variable}User information is available via %{ticket.user.variable}What I want to know is, once I have retrieved the user contact information from the SESSION variable in my application, how I can set a variable, e.g.%{ticket.user.email}from the value I have retrieved from my own application.Mike
