Language pack

I'm trying to install a different language to osticket, but unfortunately does not work switch languages. I copied the langue pack into a folder i18n, in the administration of languages are seen, but no language does not work. OsTicket is farther English blank blank

Does not look correct to me.You need the .phar from www.osticket.com/download (Language Pack Tab) or build a .phar from the Czech language files from crowdin: http://i18n.osticket.com/ (Zip file: http://i18n.osticket.com/download/project/osticket-official.zip)EDIT:See also this discussion: http://osticket.com/forum/discussion/comment/89080 ;)
