[resolved] Need .msg file format

Hi Good Morning All,I'm using osTicket v1.9.3. While creating a new ticket i have attached.msg file format. There is an error called,File Upload Error:File to upload.msgThis type of file is not allowedSo, i need .msg file to support ticket attachment. It's a outlook message file format. Where to add this file format?Please assist me to resolve this.Thank You.

Just add it to the allowed attachments:Admin Panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> Attachments -> Allowed file extensions -> .msgAs a side note: 1.9.4 is already out and keeping osTicket up to date is always a good decision (and no I am not just saying that for fun, it really is an advantage). That said, when you upgrade to 1.9.4 have a look at this issue and pull request:https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/issues/1427https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/pull/1437
