Hi community,
Im using osticket 1.6 and its working fine.
Now i have added that priority notification enhancement i.e. i have added that blink action for high emergency priority tickets, I have got that coding from osticket forum only.
Its working very well in mozilla firefox but that blink action is not working in Internet Explorer my Version is IE.8, The problem is I cant expect all my colleague will use firefox all the time, some might use IE also so i need this enhancement should work in IE also.
