Related Tickets causes 500 Internal Server Error

When I am viewing a ticket and there is a link next to the user indicated that there are other related tickets:

Mick@johnson.com (4) . ..

and I click on that '4' to see the related tickets, I get:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@webcaststudios.tv and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What version of OSTicket are you running?

This works in 1.6ST. It forwards me to:

http://support.domainname.ext/scp/tickets.php?a=search&query=username%40domainname.ext

Are you logged in as staff?

What does the (php and webserver) error log report?

Yes, I am using 1.6ST. I am also the ONLY user on the system, being logged into as admin as indicated in the 'zen_admin' table.

This is what the error log says:

File does not exist: /home/webcasts/public_html/500.shtml, referer: http://webcaststudios.tv/itsupport/scp/tickets.php?id=56(http://webcaststudios.tv/itsupport/scp/tickets.php?id=56)

'zen_admin' ... are you trying to integrate OST with Zen Cart?

my bad, wrong database. It is the same as the zen cart. I am listed as a staff, but as an admin.
