From the official page (www.osticket.com/download) or any other page?- Can you provide more info about your setup, see: http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//please-read-before-requesting-assistance#latestBeside that, I moved your thread to the "Troubleshooting and Problems" section since it's obviously not a modding or customization request / problem.
You should also check your PHP error logs. A screen shot of what you are seeing might be helpful also.
In my hosting support solve the problem, was with something of the php configuration of the hosting. Thank everyone
