Buenos díasAlguien pudiera ayudarme, pego el archivo .phar en la ruta indicada y no me carga nada, sin el .phar todo carga normal, esto me funciono hasta ayer y luego me dejo de funcionar, desinstale todo y volvi a instalar y no funciona.Su ayuda por favor

good Morning Someone could help me, I paste the .phar file in the specified path and do not charge me anything, without .phar all normal load, this worked me until yesterday and then I stopped working, I uninstall everything and went back to install and does not work. Your help please

Ok, so can you help me to better help you:- Where did you download the phar? From the official page (www.osticket.com/download) or any other page?- Can you provide more info about your setup, see: http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//please-read-before-requesting-assistance#latestBeside that, I moved your thread to the "Troubleshooting and Problems" section since it's obviously not a modding or customization request / problem.

You should also check your PHP error logs. A screen shot of what you are seeing might be helpful also.

In my hosting support solve the problem, was with something of the php configuration of the hosting. Thank everyone
