I'm trying to find where to alter the text "Details on the reason(s) for opening the ticket" but I'm stuck.Any pointers on where to find it?
In the admin-area,navigate to Manage -> Forms -> Ticket DetailsThen on the config-button next to the field "Issue Details" its help text is modifiable.Ronny
